FALLING LIGHT NO. 2
I wander through the woods and just keep walking, sometimes on critter trails; their paths are the easiest to take and other times through the thickest branches and downfall. I pop out on the road somewhere and my husband always wonders how I got that far. I laugh. I'm in my own world. Sometimes I just follow the light.
I saw this aspen tree which struck me as almost perfect. It was straight with very little boles and it was wide and tall. Then the late afternoon light just broke through the canopy of leaves and fell very softly on this tiny branch of leaves.
