A TREE OF MANY COLORS
Even though it was a small tree, it stood bravely at the forefront of a large pine forest high in the mountains in Southern Colorado. I've never seen so many colors on one aspen tree before. There were still green leaves, waiting for the next cold night to change, it had yellow leaves in a medley of tones, orange leaves, the color of bright pumpkins and even deep reds, so unusual and so Colorado!
