BLUE HOUR
Near Crested Butte, Colorado
By now everyone has heard of blue hour and golden hour. This is classic blue hour! I love this time of night in the woods, it's still bright enough to see, color saturation just gets deeper and richer, but most of all the forests taken on a stillness and coolness. It was my last night in Crested Butte and one of the last photos that I took for this trip. I know I heard a deep sigh, which came from me.
I loved how all of the trees were outlined in blue, but then there was all of the crazy, colorful aspen leaves in every color from green to orange. Amazing!
