MORNING IN EARLY FALL
Near Steamboat Springs, Colorado
We were just a few miles from the Middle Fork fire in Colorado and smoke from the fire softened the morning sunlight to a glow. Everything glowed, especially the understory and trees in this small aspen forest. The color became bold and bright the higher in altitude that we walked. This seemed like a perfect spot. I hope you like it.
